About the Company

Are you an analytical Business Controller with strong system understanding and expertise in Excel?

We are looking for someone who wants to become a key person in a growing company in Norrort. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business, drive financial analyses, and contribute to strategic decisions. The role requires a combination of business understanding, technical skills, and the ability to translate data into insights.

Work takes place on-site at our client's office in Norrort. Start is desired as soon as possible, considering any notice period.

Your Responsibilities

As a Business Controller, you will be part of a finance team of 3 people. Your responsibilities will include:

Budgeting and forecasting
Reporting
Analysis of key figures
Financial advice within the organization
Supporting the rest of the finance function

Your Profile

We see that you have a university or college degree in finance and previous experience in accounting, as well as several years of experience in the role of Controller. You have a strong interest in digitalization and process improvement, combined with solid system competence and advanced Excel skills.

In your work, you are proactive, analytical, and quick to find solutions, while placing high prestige on delivering well-executed tasks within set deadlines. You view close collaboration and open communication as key factors for success and thrive in a changing organization. You communicate fluently in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Success Factors

University or college degree in finance
Background in accounting and several years of experience as a Controller
Strong interest in systems and advanced user of Excel
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
