Administrator Treasury/Backoffice – Securities Administration & Liquidity Management

We are looking for a consultant in Treasury/Backoffice for a client in Stockholm. This role is suitable for you who want to work broadly within securities administration, liquidity management, and back-office processes in an environment where accuracy, accountability, and collaboration are central.

Scope: 100 %
Period: December 2025 – October 2026
Location: Stockholm

About the assignment

In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring correct and efficient administration within Treasury and Backoffice. Together with the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Settlement and handling of securities
  • Daily reconciliations and price control
  • Liquidity forecasts and fund valuations
  • Bookings and transactions in securities systems
  • Administration of Alternative Investments
  • Participation in business development, process improvements, and implementation of new functions

The work is varied and requires both precision and the ability to quickly understand complex flows.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work just as well independently as in a team, are curious about new tasks, and thrive in a role where quality and accuracy are crucial.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
  • Experience from the financial sector
  • Knowledge of securities instruments and back-office processes
  • Experience with securities systems, preferably SimCorp Dimension
  • Experience with banking systems
  • Preferably experience with Alternative Investments and Private Equity funds
  • A degree in economics or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of English
Competence level:
  • Knowledge: High competence in the field
  • Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience and a role model for consultants at lower levels
  • Leadership: Capable of being responsible for sub-areas and leading smaller groups
  • Independence: Works fully independently in the role
