Spare Part Administrators at KONE in Kista

Do you want to work in an administrative role with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and collaboration in an international environment? KONE is now looking for two Spare Part Administrators to join its Material Help Desk team in Kista. Here, you will play an important role in supporting technicians and ensuring that spare part orders are handled correctly and follow KONE's processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the technical organization and be responsible for processing order documentation quickly, accurately, and according to the applicable purchasing procedures. The work is primarily carried out in SAP and involves many internal contacts.

Your tasks will include:

• Creating and updating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP
• Ensuring that purchases comply with global guidelines
• Quality assuring prices and details in Purchase Orders (PO)
• Ensuring high data quality in incoming documentation
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with technicians and colleagues in Sweden and Norway
• Participating in improvement work regarding processes and routines

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in SAP who enjoys a role that combines administration with regular contact with technicians and internal parties. You have a structured approach to work, are curious and solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate.

• Have experience with SAP (requirement)
• Are meticulous, organized, and accustomed to administrative work
• Are communicative and thrive in a role with many contact points
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with Norwegian colleagues

You are offered

A consulting assignment at KONE starting in January 2026, lasting at least one year with a good chance of extension. The role is based in Kista and offers excellent opportunities for development within purchasing, administration, and process work in an international organization.
