About the Position

This is a part-time consulting assignment of 16 hours per week, spread over two to four days, perfect for combining with studies. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

About the Company

The company operates in IT management and offers consulting services, with a particular focus on Customer Experience. More information about the company and its operations will be provided during the first phone call with Bravura. 

Job Responsibilities

The role involves contacting municipalities and public companies covered by LOU to gather information about current tenders. You will have the opportunity to conduct research, ask questions, and ensure that all relevant information is documented correctly.

The work includes:

• Contacting public entities via email and phone to request relevant documentation
• Compiling and structuring the collected information with the support of AI tools
• Ensuring that the material is presented clearly and organized

You will work independently on the tasks but have support from digital tools to streamline and ensure the quality of the work.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Student in law at the university level
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using AI agents like ChatGPT or CoPilot, including basic knowledge of prompting

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are meticulous, structured, and self-driven, with the ability to manage and organize collected material effectively.
