Coach for Rusta and Matcha

Your tasks

As a coach at Trimtab, you will work structured according to Trimtab Way 2.0, which means:

Individual support (FFU-driven)

• Conduct individual meetings (physical/digital)
• Support the participant in becoming jobready with a clear plan, weekly follow-up, and quick matching.

Group activities

• Organize and plan optional distance activities.
• Deliver our monthly mandatory Tuesday sessions according to the methodology.

Matching and employer contact

• Actively work with employers.
• Match participants directly to needs – not against general CV distributions.
• Use AI as support in research, matching, and preparation.

Structure and documentation

• Work in Workbuster and follow up on the participant's progression.
• Ensure quality, documentation, and FFU requirements every week.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work modernly, quickly, and professionally.

You are:

• confident in working towards results
• structured, meticulous, and clear in your communication
• comfortable with digital tools and AI support
• used to planning and following up on activities
• motivated by helping people move forward in their careers

You need to master:

• Swedish in speech and writing
• English at a good level
• computer-based systems, Teams/Zoom, documentation
• a high pace with clear deadlines

Meritorious

• multiple languages
• your own employer network
• experience from matching, recruitment, or employer side

Requirements according to FFU (coaching competence)

To work as a coach in Rusta and Matcha 2, you must meet:

Option 1

• university education of at least 180 credits
• at least 2 years of work experience (full-time or aggregated part-time)

Option 2

• at least 1 year of post-secondary education
• at least 3 years of relevant work experience, e.g.:
• recruitment
• work management
• career guidance
• transition
• HR issues
• labor market issues
• social and group psychology

Certificates are required before employment.
