About the role

As a production administrator at Saab, you will be responsible for providing broad administrative support to your colleagues. You will be responsible for document management, office supplies, booking of premises, handling and access control of visitors as well as basic IT support in the office environment. For example, you will work with IT-related issues with support from IT service, such as starting up computers and programming ID cards. The role means that you are an important link in ensuring order, service, and smooth processes for the business where Excel is one of your main working tools to achieve good structure.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least a few years of experience in similar administrative roles. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and have an interest in or experience with IT. As a person, you are structured, organized, and solution-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to create structure and contribute with a sense of service makes you a key person in the team.
