As a Business Developer, you will work closely with the company's founders. You will be a filter and an enabler: a person who captures new opportunities, prioritizes the right things, and drives projects in product and business development. You are the link between the founder and the rest of the organization, and often also with external partners and international actors. The position is varied and dynamic, and your main tasks will be to:

• Drive product and business development projects from idea to launch in close collaboration with marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners.
• Be one of the founders' extended arms, supporting both strategic and operational issues and helping to prioritize the right initiatives.
• Coordinate, follow up, and create structure in projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all parts move forward.
• Prepare decision-making materials, analyses, and meetings, and contribute to creating efficient processes and smarter ways of working.
• Manage communication and coordination with internal teams and external contacts, both nationally and internationally.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process, but you will be employed by Addeira, with an office in Kungsholmen. • You have a post-secondary education in economics or another relevant field.
• You have experience working in an assisting or coordinating role.
• You are driven, curious, and solution-oriented; you see opportunities where others see obstacles and enjoy making things happen.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure and pace go hand in hand, and where you can drive multiple projects forward simultaneously with business acumen and analytical ability.
• You are communicative, confident, and easily collaborate with both colleagues and external partners – in Swedish and English.
• You have digital savvy and enjoy streamlining work with smart tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• It is highly meritorious if you have experience in project management or a basic understanding of law/regulation within pharmaceuticals or medtech.
