About the role

Financial Controller means working closely with both accounting and operations. The role involves contributing to the ongoing work with accounting, follow-up, analysis, and reporting – while also developing your understanding of business management.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Be responsible for ongoing monitoring of costs, revenues, and key figures
• Support budget and forecasting processes
• Cash flow reporting
• Contribute to the analysis and improvement of routines and reporting flows
• Work closely with accounting and business areas

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant academic degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Has worked in a similar role, e.g., as an accountant, financial controller, or in auditing with a good understanding of accounting.
• Is proficient in Excel and preferably has experience with business systems
• Has good communication skills and thrives in an analytical, structured role
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
