What the Role Entails

As a rental administrator at Primula, you will work closely with our property managers and be an important part of the entire rental chain within a property portfolio of approximately 800–1000 apartments. The role includes:

 

  • Management of rental contracts, terminations, and apartment exchanges
  • Assessment of applications from housing agencies and direct contact with tenants
  • Investigation of illegal subletting and other housing issues
  • Administration regarding move-ins and move-outs, including key management and inspections
  • Follow-up on rent payments and contact with the finance department
  • Documentation and investigative work according to the rental law
  • Daily contact with tenants via phone (phone hours 8–11) and email

You will be working in the Vitec system and need to have a good understanding of digital tools.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has an interest in administration, case management, and follow-up. Overall, these are qualities that are essential for well-managed property management. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have an easy time taking responsibility. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

 

  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
  • Experience in handling complex cases and investigations
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Understanding of rental law and its application
  • Experience from other real estate companies or similar positions within government
  • Familiarity with the Vitec system or similar rental systems
