The district administration is now sharpening its efforts to combat welfare crime by recruiting a coordinator who will support the operations in becoming as effective as possible in ensuring that our tax money goes to the right people.

You will be part of the unit for Safety and Civil Society Collaboration within the department for Operational Support and Urban Environment.
The unit is a well-functioning workgroup that works on many different assignments. Within the unit, there are safety coordinators, security strategists, association coordinators, security coordinators, cultural secretaries, integration coordinators, and a coordinator who ensures that operations can receive Stockholm job seekers in the best way.
The unit works to support the various operations of the administration and, in close collaboration with other administrations within the City of Stockholm, other authorities, civil society, and local businesses, aims to provide the best conditions for residents, visitors, and those working in the district to live, visit, and operate in a safe and attractive Hässelby-Vällingby.

Your role
To succeed in this role, you need to be goal- and results-oriented, which is achieved by working independently and taking initiative, as it is expected that you drive the work forward.
You are comfortable collaborating and cooperating with others while also having the initiative and drive to move things forward on your own.
You ensure that you gain an understanding and knowledge of the operations' assignments and processes where welfare crime may occur.
You have clear and pedagogical communication that adapts complex information to the audience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that there is a strategic plan for the work against welfare crime that follows the guidance of the City Management Office.
- Plan and coordinate the district administration's work against welfare crime.
- Be a support to the operations within the district administration's areas of responsibility.
- Be responsible for educating and disseminating knowledge about welfare crime.
- Participate in external collaboration.
- Be responsible for monitoring and world observation in the area.
- Handle referrals and write service statements related to welfare crime.
Your qualifications and experience
Requirements
- Academic education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
- Good knowledge of welfare crime.
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Desirable
- Experience working in a politically governed organization.
- Experience in crime prevention or crime-fighting work.
- Experience in the role of coordinator.
