We are now looking for an engaged HR Partner for our HR department, with the main responsibility of supporting some of the departments and units within the Municipal Executive Office. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and solution focus are key to success.
The various departments and units of the administration provide support and expertise to departments and companies. They govern, coordinate, and lead the work in the municipality to ensure efficiency and high quality across the entire municipal group. Within the Municipal Executive Office, there are units for IT, Communication, HR, Finance, Property, and Procurement, as well as departments for Safety, Security, and Preparedness, Quality and Planning, and Secretariat.
As an HR Partner, you are an important part of our competent and friendly HR team, where participation and collegial collaboration are high on the agenda. With a curious and unpretentious approach, you contribute to the continuous development of both the organization and the team. We offer a wide variety of tasks and opportunities for development as well. Within the HR department, there are several specialist functions that collaborate and create value and contribute to the deliveries to the organization.
Your Mission
As an HR Partner, you will work broadly, operationally, tactically, and strategically with all HR processes. You will switch between proactive work and handling issues that arise in everyday life.
This includes, among many other things:
- Providing active consultation, coaching, and support to managers in their employer and leadership roles.
- Managing labor law issues and workplace environment issues at both group and individual levels.
- Driving and supporting labor law cases, with the help of our specialists.
- Conducting leadership development initiatives and training within the HR field.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with good experience in broad HR work in a role as an HR Partner or HR Generalist, preferably from a larger organization. It is an advantage if you have experience from HR work in public sector, preferably from municipal operations.
You also need to have good experience in supporting and driving more complex personnel matters related to rehabilitation and misconduct. To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working closely with managers and be able to handle even more challenging cases with confidence and stability. You are comfortable speaking in front of groups, and it is an advantage if you have experience in conducting training in your areas of expertise. We expect you to have experience working with digital tools and systems.
You have a degree from a human resources program or equivalent higher education, or have equivalent education/experience in the HR field. A good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is a requirement.
The variation in tasks is significant, and you therefore need to be able to think and work flexibly to meet the different needs that arise quickly as a result of the nature of the operations. You have an approach that allows you to work both strategically and operationally, and can switch between different perspectives in various issues and contexts. You need to be good at seeing connections and solving both simpler and more complex questions and problems, as well as being able to structure, plan, and prioritize your work. You are a team player who thrives best in collaboration with others.
