We are now looking for an experienced consultant for client assignments who has:

• A relevant academic degree in the IT field, e.g., computer science, and at least 10 years of work experience as a Project Manager for IT projects.
• A solid technical understanding and experience in leading IT projects, preferably in system development, infrastructure, or digital transformation.
• Work experience in managing complex IT development projects in at least one project, such as several technical deployment activities (releases) during the project period, structured with multiple sub-projects, involving development of both applications and infrastructure, and development of systems with integration to one or more other systems.
• Work experience in feasibility studies that include needs, business, and requirements analyses.
• Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Agile, Prince2). Being a certified SAFe Agilist or SAFe Coach (Certification) is a plus.
• Work experience in developing systems with documented security protection requirements based on the classification of information, including development of systems that are subject to legal requirements, e.g., the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Work experience in leading the design of IT solution proposals and reviewing them against standards and requirements in at least three IT development projects.
• Work experience in leading technical implementation and realization of agreed development measures, obtained through work in at least three IT development projects.
• Work experience in contract management related to agreements with an external provider of operation and management of IT solutions in at least two IT development projects.
• Work experience in conducting handovers from realization projects to receiving operation and management providers in at least two IT development projects.
• Experience independently preparing technical documentation. Technical documentation refers to documents related to a technical IT system, such as IT system descriptions, configuration descriptions, installation instructions, operational instructions, solution proposals, and the like. Work experience must be obtained from at least one (1) IT development project.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• A problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset who enjoys working both strategically and operationally.
• The ability to build good relationships with both clients and colleagues and be a natural leader in projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and driving IT projects from planning to execution.
• Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Managing risks and developing solutions to overcome any obstacles.
• Communicating with both internal and external parties to ensure all project goals are met.
• Ensuring the project follows best practices and good working methods.
• Working on continuous improvement and optimization of workflows and processes.
