Reliability Engineer

At Galderma, we are looking for a reliability engineer to support our engineering operations and ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our products and processes. You will work across multiple functions and play a crucial role in implementing and improving technical plans, processes, and programs!

Responsibilities

• Implement technical plans and programs to support operational activities and enhance efficiency.
• Manage engineering tasks across multiple areas to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Modify and improve existing products/processes and develop robust testing procedures.
• Execute technical policies to develop new products and oversee associated operations.
• Analyze technology trends and contribute to implementing innovative solutions while maintaining quality, cost, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products and processes.
• Participate in field tests to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in engineering operations as a development engineer, project engineer, maintenance engineer, or similar, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license (B).
• Experience in implementing and improving technical processes and policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
