About the position

As a Quality Specialist, you will handle deviation management, production changes, and design changes, conduct gap analyses of quality documents, and be responsible for document management and training within the quality management system.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in medical technology or equivalent and who is fluent in both Swedish and English. You should have experience with ISO-13485 and ISO-9001, as well as expertise in design changes, NC management, risk management, document management, and CAPA. You should be a good communicator, efficient, and solution-oriented with high stress tolerance. Independence is a key competency for handling tasks that include quality management systems and GAP analyses.

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have a master's degree in medical technology or equivalent and experience working with Trackwise. Experience in change management and investigations within quality assurance is also desirable. Personal qualities such as being inclusive and supportive are advantageous, especially in our dynamic and independent work environment. Experience from working in cross-functional teams and a background in product development can give you an advantage in this role.
