We are currently seeking an experienced project manager in technical information for a consulting assignment with our client in the energy sector. The role is suitable for you who want to work closely with both technical specialists and project organizations to ensure high-quality information deliveries to the client. As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivery, budget, and coordination for your assigned sub-projects within the technical area. You will manage between 5–15 sub-projects in parallel, in various phases, ensuring that all information products meet the requirements according to contracts and specifications.

You will lead and coordinate activities between internal functions, external companies, and clients, as well as contribute to improvement initiatives and development projects within technical information. You will be part of a team of about 45 colleagues where the focus is on continuous development of processes, information products, and customer value. The role involves many contact points – you therefore thrive in collaboration, structure, and driving issues forward.

Your tasks

Be responsible for delivery, budget, and coordination in your sub-projects.

Lead and manage 5–15 sub-projects in technical information in parallel.

Ensure that information products meet requirements according to contracts and technical specifications.

Coordinate activities between internal functions, external partners, and clients.

Participate in and drive internal development and improvement projects within the department.

Expected deliveries

Deliver information products on time, according to agreed requirements and quality.

Clear project management with follow-up of budget, scope, and risks.

Effective coordination between project stakeholders and contact points.

Contributions to improved working methods and development within technical information.

Your profile

3–7 years of relevant work experience.

University degree or other relevant education.

Good system understanding and experience working in systems and applications.

Very good communication skills and good collaboration ability.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Structured and meticulous, with the ability to take initiative and drive issues forward.

Personal qualities

You are comfortable in a coordinating role and enjoy having many sub-tracks running simultaneously. You work methodically, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to create clarity in complex deliveries. Furthermore, you thrive in collaborations where you can build relationships and drive the work forward together with others.
