About the role

As an application consultant at Addedo, you will play a central role in helping our clients meet the future's reporting requirements. You will participate in the implementation of Workiva and work closely with corporate finance and IR functions, and sometimes also with sustainability teams, primarily at large listed companies.

Your daily work will vary between practical work in the Workiva system, where you will build their reporting solution together with the client, and more advisory efforts such as workshops to map, analyze, and streamline reporting processes and suggest process improvements. You will also conduct training for users in a structured and pedagogical manner. The role is suitable for you who want to combine customer contact with technical system work – and who enjoys seeing clear results in the form of more efficient processes, smoother collaborations, and higher quality in reporting. Your role is a combination of meeting clients with a value-creating and knowledgeable approach, as well as independently solving the client's needs by adapting solutions that fit their specific accounting and sustainability goals.

Who we believe you are

You may currently work as a business or group controller or accounting consultant but are looking for new challenges and more variety. Or you are already a consultant and want to be part of a company that is doing well – with high ambitions but without prestige.

Required qualifications:

- Good understanding and experience in financial reporting - At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a role as Controller, accounting consultant, or similar - Interest in the sustainability area

- Experience working in Workiva (or a strong desire to quickly learn and become an expert in the system) - Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word - High communicative ability – both written and spoken, in Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have:

- Experience working in project form, preferably in agile environments

- Experience working in other systems like CDM, CtrlPrint, or Amana Smartnotes - Academic education in economics
