As an IT Technician, you will work closely with technology and receive feedback from the organization to ensure a stable and secure IT environment! The role involves both local responsibility at the office you are based in and a central mission where you also support users in other locations. You will belong to a smaller team with two colleagues that you collaborate closely with.

As an IT Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Participating in central projects and implementations
• Installing and supporting local IT equipment
• Resolving user issues, managing orders
• Implementing technical solutions and improvements

Your ability to combine technical expertise with a helpful attitude allows you to solve your colleagues' problems in a professional and pedagogical manner. You are communicative, social, and spread positive energy to those you meet. You enjoy technology and learning new technologies; opportunities for training and certifications are, of course, available. To fit in the role, we also believe you have:

• Solid experience (4+ years) in a similar role in a modern IT environment (for example, as an IT technician or IT consultant)
• Professional experience from IT companies
• Broad technical competence and understanding of the overall IT landscape
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra, and Azure
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have experience with:

• Administering networks, firewalls, and VPNs
• ITIL and ITIL processes
• Power Apps, integrations of various systems
• PowerShell (scripting)
• Client management in Intune
• Microsoft Defender suite
