About the Role

As a Claims Adjuster at Werksta Haninge, you play a central role in our claims management process. You are responsible for conducting damage assessments and work closely with our team to ensure that vehicle damages are repaired efficiently and to the highest quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience working as a claims adjuster and a background in the automotive damage industry. You are meticulous and possess strong analytical skills. To succeed in this role, you need to have the following qualifications:

• Experience in conducting damage assessments and calculations.
• Proficient in the calculation software Cabas.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with all parties.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Damage assessment of booked vehicles, including photo assessments and handling of drop-in and towed vehicles.
• Communicating and coordinating with insurance companies to ensure accurate damage calculations.
• Administrative tasks related to claims cases.
• Supporting other units as needed to ensure smooth workflows.
