About the position

As a service advisor, you are the company's face to the customer and the spider in the web. You receive customers, guide them through the entire workshop visit, and provide support and guidance on technical issues. An important part of your job is to always provide the customer with professional service, which requires you to have a high customer focus, be able to handle a job where a lot is happening at the same time, and always strive for quality, both towards the customer and in your administrative tasks.

Your main responsibilities include booking customers for service and repairs, receiving and handing over cars, pricing jobs, and calling customers with price proposals. You will also handle warranty and insurance matters, process customer complaints, and assist with other ongoing matters in our customer reception. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and be responsible for optimized operations and productivity in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B manual
• Experience with phone and computer as working tools, MS Office
• Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa, or equivalent systems.
• Experience in the role of Service Advisor or similar work
• Knowledge of CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech & writing.

This requires a high service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle a job where a lot is happening at the same time. You have a technical interest and the ability to solve problems that may arise in your work.
