Staffing Assistant at Särnmark

We are now seeking reinforcement for Särnmark's On-call and Staffing team for personal assistance. The staffing assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that Särnmark's customers always receive the best possible personal assistance. Särnmark has customers and offices throughout Sweden, and the staffing assistants support the operations nationwide. About the Job

The role of the staffing assistant involves staffing our customers' assistance assignments with personal assistants (substitutes) when regular staff are sick or on leave.

The work is done remotely, but you belong to the On-call and Staffing team at the headquarters in Sundbyberg, Stockholm County. Therefore, you should reside in Stockholm County to be able to reach the headquarters if needed. You need to have access to an internet connection and a place where you can work undisturbed, such as in your home. Work equipment in the form of a computer and mobile phone will be provided by Särnmark.

The working hours are usually scheduled for every other week, every other day/night. The time from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM is active time. From 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM is standby time, and then from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM is again active time. There are also opportunities to work extra at the office in Sundbyberg during holidays/sick leave. In such cases, the working hours are active time from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has experience working as a personal assistant. It is advantageous if you have experience in scheduling and/or staffing within personal assistance. You should have good computer skills, be solution-oriented, enjoy providing service, and be able to work under pressure. It is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Other

The employment form is "Employment per worked hour" and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours and schedule are agreed upon with the employer.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement between Vårdföretagarna and Kommunal.
