About the position

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work part-time, approximately 75%, for a man in his 70s with cerebral palsy living near public transport in Ekerö. To be considered for this position, you must be able to work varying hours during the day, evenings, and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends. We are also looking for someone who can work as a substitute when regular assistants are absent due to vacation or illness.

The client's interests include plants, gardening, and fishing. We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a temporary substitute during regular assistants' absence due to vacation or illness. The home is equipped with aids such as a ceiling lift and a floor lift.

The client lives close to public transport, but it is an advantage if you have access to a car and a driver's license.

The tasks include the following:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores.
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.
• Accompanying on activities.

The position involves shifts scheduled as follows:

• From 07:30 to 18:00.
• From 18:00 to 07:30 (waiting time 8 hours).

Requirements:

• Ability to work varying hours during the day, evenings, and overnight shifts.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working as a personal assistant.
• Swedish in spoken and written form to document correctly and understand the client.

Scope: 1 part-time position at 75%. 1-2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: January 1, 2025. Interviews will be conducted continuously and may be filled before the application deadline.
