About the role

As a social worker for children and youth at Ideal Bemanning, you will:

• Be responsible for investigating and assessing the needs of children and youth for interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
• Conduct investigations and follow-ups in close dialogue with children, adolescents, and their families.
• Participate in the coordination and planning of interventions in collaboration with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors, and educators.
• Work preventively and supportively with a focus on the well-being and development of children and youth.
• Document and follow up on interventions according to applicable guidelines and legal requirements.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a degree in social work.
• Has a genuine commitment to supporting children and youth in vulnerable life situations.
• Is confident in your role as a social worker and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Has good communication skills and an empathetic approach.
• Experience in social services or working with children and youth is an advantage but not a requirement.
