I am a middle-aged man looking for a personal assistant who is also willing to take on an expanded role as a team leader. I live in an apartment in Tibble, Kungsängen. It is close to bus and commuter train. I am interested in sports and would love it if you shared my interest!

I have a congenital CP disability with spastic diplegia. As my personal assistant, you are expected to assist with all basic needs, including personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, cooking, running errands, interests, etc. It would be great if you have worked in assistance before, but it is not a requirement!

Being a team leader at JAG Personal Assistance is an important role with a lot of responsibility. Therefore, I am now looking for someone who is excited about a challenge and wants the opportunity to develop within the assistant role. The expanded role means that you, in collaboration with another team leader, will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that the assistance functions as I want it to. As a team leader in assistance, you have a significant responsibility to create the conditions for a pleasant assistance environment. You are stress-resistant, calm, and organized. You enjoy creating structure and finding solutions that facilitate my daily life.

The position is fundamentally an employment as an assistant with an expanded role as a team leader. The shifts are scheduled over 24 hours with 8 hours of sleeping duty, but sometimes half shifts are needed.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and be able to make yourself understood in both speech and writing. Only female applicants.
