As an accompanist for this assignment, you adapt the support based on the customer's individual needs. This may involve accompanying them to activities, providing practical help in daily life, or serving as social support. Your assignment is always shaped by what the customer needs to feel safe and empowered in their daily life. Here you have the chance to combine practical support with a close and meaningful relationship – a role that truly makes a difference!

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working within LSS

• High school education in child and leisure programs, health and care programs, or post-secondary education as a support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.
• Experience in low-arousal approaches.

Employment conditions

Employment rate: Hourly employment. The assignment is 20 hours/month.Working hours: Working hours primarily occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 PM to approximately 5:30 PM.Start date: We look positively on if you can start immediately.Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
