HR Strateg
We are looking for a business-driven, analytical, and development-oriented HR Strategist who wants to contribute to a more attractive, sustainable, and efficient infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Strategist, you will drive the HR agenda by challenging and developing working methods and processes within the entire HR area. We work closely with the business to be a professional and proactive strategic partner to our managers.
You will lead projects and project manage within the entire HR area (for example, in contractual issues, benefits, learning & development, etc.) and drive the development and improvement of processes. The role also includes responsibility for issues within the area of compensation & benefits, job evaluation, tracking of key figures, etc. You will work closely with our negotiation department on salary reviews, salary mapping, and collective agreement issues.
As an HR Strategist, you will be part of the HR management team and work closely with the CHRO.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR or economics and several years of experience in HR. You have experience working with strategic issues, including the development of strategic decision-making materials, improvements, and project management. Experience in compensation & benefits, job evaluation, and key figures is an advantage.
We will place great emphasis on personal abilities, seeking someone who is analytical and development-oriented. You have excellent communication skills and are accustomed to expressing yourself well both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, you are curious, independent, and engaged, driven to create change, and thrive in working towards goals. You feel comfortable prioritizing, planning, and organizing your work effectively.
