About the Company

JP IT-Konsult i Stockholm AB is a growing consulting firm collaborating with established clients across various industries. We focus on delivering mission-critical, innovative IT solutions in complex environments. We are now looking for a Workstream Lead specializing in SAP Reporting & Analytics for a comprehensive ERP transformation initiative. The role involves designing, implementing, and delivering analyses and reports that support a global and distributed operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting & Analytics work related to SAP S/4 HANA, including planning, coordinating, and following up on deadlines and deliverables.
• Design and implement reporting solutions using tools such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ensure integration of analytics with SAP S/4 HANA and other systems.
• Collaborate closely with both business decision-makers and IT teams to define requirements and create clear reporting strategies.
• Participate in global collaboration and coordinate requirements from various parts of the organization (some international travel may be required).
• Coaching and knowledge sharing regarding best practices in projects and during handover to management.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Language: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
2. Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles in ERP implementation projects.

1. Technical Skills:

• Documented expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Good understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data management in larger organizations.

1. Leadership and Project Management:

• Ability to drive multiple parallel workstreams within complex environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading effective meetings and workshops – both in-person and digitally.

1. Documentation and References:

• CV in Swedish in Word format that clearly demonstrates how the must-have requirements are met.
• References that support relevant skills and experience (not older than 3 years or clearly indicate which parts have been delivered if the assignment is ongoing).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Higher academic degree in IT, computer science, systems science, or a related field.
2. Practical experience in delivering analytics solutions in a global, multi-site environment.
3. Experience in data governance, data security, and best practices in reporting.
4. Several years of experience in change management and training end-users in analytics.
5. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
