ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for 2-4 application configurators for a leading company in healthcare technology. The company is known for its innovative solutions and strong focus on improving care flows. In this role, you will work on configuring applications to meet customer business requirements and monitor and manage incoming requests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Perform application configuration to meet customer business requirements
• Monitor and manage incoming requests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality and efficiency
• Document and report work according to company guidelines

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have experience configuring applications and systems, preferably COSMIC or similar systems
• Are accustomed to working meticulously and structured
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience from COSMIC's product areas
• Good understanding of care flows

To succeed in this role, you are meticulous and structured in your work. You are independent and like to take your own initiatives. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and can work effectively with others. You are flexible and adaptable, which allows you to easily handle changes and new challenges.
