Project Manager focusing on management governance and product ownership, where the assignment consists of working together with the rest of the delivery management to actively lead activities for effective progress for some of the company's most central applications. A major change initiative is underway within the company, where a transition to the agile framework SAFe is an important component.

The ability to work in change and support change management is desirable.

Examples of activities:

Ensure the production deliveries of the management object. Ensure effective handling of orders at an overall level within the delivery. Participate in planning activities for the delivery.

Lead the Product Management forum where technical product owners are included.

Collaboration with other management leaders and product owners and their stakeholders. Responsibility for reporting according to PM3.

Requirements / qualifications:

Experience working in an outsourced environment. A significant advantage if you have experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of the processes Incident, Problem, and Change according to ITIL.

Knowledge of the management model PM3.

Knowledge and experience of agile working methods and the SAFe framework. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities:

You are structured, have good analytical skills, and an understanding of complex flows and dependencies.

You have the ability to communicate in a pedagogical and clear manner in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.

You can drive assignments independently, reporting to the line manager.

You collaborate well with others, both internally within the group and with other departments and suppliers.

You are meticulous, responsible, unpretentious, and proactive.
