In the role of analyst in the Department of Data Analysis and Review, you will belong to the Knowledge and Management Support unit. We are a team that works closely together with the authority's knowledge dissemination mission.
Responsibilities and Tasks
As an analyst, you will, together with your team, contribute to the knowledge development regarding incorrect payments from the welfare system and welfare fraud by collecting and analyzing data and other information. The role also includes writing knowledge reports and disseminating expert knowledge from the authority's work. Furthermore, it involves monitoring the external environment and participating in knowledge exchanges with relevant actors both inside and outside the state administration. You will also contribute to developing proposals for knowledge reports and how the process can be improved. During the establishment phase, you may also participate in other development work within the department.
We are looking for someone who has
- an academic degree that the employer deems relevant
- at least five years of current experience in qualified investigative and/or analytical work
- at least five years of current experience working with qualitative methods for data collection and analysis
- experience in conducting systematic environmental monitoring
- experience collaborating with various stakeholders
- Good oral and written skills in Swedish
It is meritorious if you also have
- good knowledge of the state welfare system and/or benefit fraud, welfare fraud, and incorrect payments
Desired Abilities and Skills
To succeed in the role of analyst at the Payment Authority, you are self-driven, flexible, goal- and result-oriented, and proactive. You are also structured, have good collaboration skills, and possess pedagogical communication abilities. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Other
The place of work is in Stockholm. The authority is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. The position is classified in a security class, which requires Swedish citizenship. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may be applicable. You may be assigned to the authority in case of war.
