We are now looking for a Project Support for an exciting assignment in Stockholm, where you will play a vital role in supporting project managers and ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

In your role as Project Support, you will:

• Coordinate various parts of the project and assist project managers with planning and follow-up.
• Help analyze and report on the project's progress, for example by comparing planned and actual results.
• Manage documentation, such as updates and overviews in relevant systems.
• Administer purchases and invoices in consultation with the project manager, as well as handle other follow-up tasks related to the project.
• Support project participants by updating instructions and templates for an efficient workflow.

Qualifications (Must-have)

• Previous experience in a supportive or administrative role, preferably within project-driven operations.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems.
• Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working systematically with multiple parallel tasks.

Meritorious (Nice to have)

• Experience with document management systems and/or project tools.
• Basic understanding of project methodology and scheduling.
• Experience working in production environments or in system-oriented settings.
