ABOUT THE POSITION

Sweden is Tele2's largest market and they have a long history of innovation. With Tele2's strong brand portfolio and leading fixed and mobile networks, their Swedish consumer business is positioned to deliver sustainable growth in the next phase of convergence between fixed and mobile.

We are now looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of Tele2's growth journey. As service personnel within NOC, you will monitor and support Tele2's network. The support is responsible for monitoring the mobile and fixed network 24/7, 365 days a year, which means you will work both day, evening, and night shifts. NOC is the spider in the web and is also responsible for coordinating troubleshooting and disseminating information both internally and externally. Your task will be to ensure that customers have a stable and functioning network together with Tele2's support groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Handle incidents by analyzing incoming alarms from various monitoring systems
Analytical work aimed at preventing potential service-disrupting problems and finding suitable solutions
Escalate to internal and/or external parties when incidents cannot be resolved with the help of NOC's available systems and troubleshooting processes
Inform Tele2's customers and other stakeholders about the current network status
Support field technicians during ongoing troubleshooting and planned work in the network
Contribute to improved work processes and routines to further increase customer satisfaction
Assist support groups and carry out planned actions in the production network or service during NOC's night shifts

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - as both languages are used in daily work
Have at least 1.5 years left of your post-secondary education, as the position is long-term
Are studying a technical education
Have previously worked in some type of service
Have good computer skills and a strong interest in technology
Are service-oriented, self-driven, structured, and good at collaborating

It is meritorious if you have:

Experience from a similar role
Studied a networking program and have CCNA, Cisco, or similar certification

Start: Immediately
Scope: Part-time, 2 shifts required/week. Up to full-time during the summer.
Period: Long-term alongside studies.
Location: Kista.
Shift times: Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts. You need to be open to working all times.
