JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As application support, your main task is to ensure that our client's systems and applications work smoothly for both customers and employees. You will work closely with your team and have a varied everyday life where you will:

• Log incorrect orders from our suppliers.
• Send invoices to the correct parties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our e-shop and app.
• Assist with side projects such as renewing contracts, closing inactive accounts, and other administrative tasks.
• Support employees with access issues and system-related problems.

You will also have a lot of contact with our customers and sellers, so it is important that you enjoy a social and communicative role.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.
• Has good computer skills and an interest in learning more
• Is service-oriented and has experience in some form of service from working life
• Has a driver's license (meritorious, but not a requirement).
• A post-secondary education in IT is also meritorious

Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or being self-taught.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

• Social, outgoing, and has a good sense of service.
