What will you work with?

In the role of Customer Responsible, you will act as a Single Point of Contact for FM services at your offices, focusing on the work environment and local changes. You will work closely with office managers and the rest of the FM organization, linking communication and work routines in the best way possible. You will serve as the spider in the web to create understanding, communication, and clarity, thereby promoting a good partnership.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Clearly represent the customer towards internal and external stakeholders in operational property and workplace issues
• Responsible for the physical part of the work environment and for the Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) as well as work environment rounds
• Strategic work with placement issues and project management
• Together with FM, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Financial follow-up and budgeting
• Assist with simpler lease agreement questions and inquiries from the business
• Return/restoration of premises to property owners and be the contact person for internal tenants

Who are you?

You have:

• A relevant education related to the role
• Several years of experience in a similar role where you have worked with local coordination and driven your own projects
• Experience from the property and/or FM industry in general
• Experience in project management of local and space management projects specifically (meritorious)
• Confidence in and feel comfortable leading/driving meetings with various stakeholders
• System familiarity with good knowledge of the Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in the banking or finance industry (meritorious)

You have a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach and take significant responsibility for both your own work and the team's collective mission. Furthermore, you have good analytical skills with a methodical and structured working style.

Employment type: Permanent employment (100%) with an initial probationary period

Location: Swedbank's headquarters in Sundbyberg

Working hours: Mon-Fri, office hours
