About the Role Carotte Staff is now looking for a receptionist on behalf of a client with previous experience in the service industry. You are the face of the company to the guests – which means you are responsible for the guest's experience and deliver that little extra at every encounter. As a receptionist, you play a key role in operations and coordinate activities between departments and with suppliers, always keeping the guests' best interests in mind.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Assist guests and answer questions regarding accommodation and booking inquiries
• Ensure good order in the reception and guest areas, and replenish office supplies
• Administration
• Ensure that only authorized personnel are in the building
• Perform simple cleaning and maintenance tasks

In this role, you will shape, implement, and develop a guest experience-driven organization based on Forenom's core values (The brave do, Together is better, and 100% open-minded) that turns every guest, employee, and supplier at Forenom into brand ambassadors.

About You

• Cheerful, friendly, and passionate about delivering first-class service
• Unpretentious and willing to help where needed
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Proactive and driven in your work
• Strong focus on security in your work
• Having a driver's license is a plus

Employment Type Extra as needed. You will work from 08:00 to 15:00 in Kista on Sundays. You are employed by Carotte Staff and work on-site with the client. You will be trained at one unit but may work at another if needed.

Start Date: Immediately or by agreement.
