Technical Systems Specialist – Cisco UC

About the Assignment

Our client in the public sector is running a critical upgrade project of their Cisco CUCM environment. The environment consists of 21 SME and CUCM servers, virtualized in the client's data center. The platform is currently running version 12.5, which has reached End-of-Life, and the upgrade work is now to be completed. The upgrades will be carried out on four occasions – in the evening – to minimize operational impact.

We are therefore looking for a top-level Cisco UC specialist who wants to step in and contribute expert support in the planning and execution of the upgrade.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and preparations for the upgrade project
• Carry out technical upgrades in a complex CUCM environment
• Ensure stability, quality, and minimal impact on operations
• Collaborate with the client's technical team during both day and evening shifts

What is Required to Succeed (Must-Haves)

• Documented expert competence in Cisco UC
• Experience with large and complex CUCM upgrades
• Familiar with working in mission-critical environments
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
