At PostNord Strålfors, you will develop solutions in both Java and .NET and help build services for the Nordic market. You do not need to know both technologies from the start. This is what you will do with us

• Develop and further develop services and applications
• Build integration solutions and microservices in a container-based environment
• Work according to DevOps principles where teams are responsible for their services from development to operation
• Collaborate closely with architects and other development teams to create solutions for the Nordic business
• Contribute to improvements in systems, workflows, and technical solutions

Your team and workplace

You will be part of one of Strålfors' development teams where developers, product owners, and architects work together in an agile environment. There are a total of eight teams within the organization, and the majority of the technical expertise is located in Alingsås. There is also a DevOps support team that assists development teams with infrastructure and automated flows.

The team works both on further developing existing solutions and building new services for the Nordic market. The work is done in close collaboration with the architecture team that sets the direction for technical development.

We have a flexible remote policy that allows us to work from home 2 days a week.

More about you

To thrive in this role, we believe you have 5 years or more of experience and a relevant academic background in computer science or equivalent, and you are strong in either Java or .NET. You do not need to know both technologies today, but you are curious about working in an environment where both are used and where you have the opportunity to broaden your skills over time. You have experience working with modern development environments and thrive in teams where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life.

You have knowledge of GIT, Docker, and Kubernetes or equivalent.

It is a plus if you have knowledge of Python, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Oauth2, TDD, or Linux.

As a person, you are curious and solution-oriented and motivated by developing together with others. You appreciate an environment where technology changes rapidly and where there is room to test new ideas and improve workflows.
