About the position

As a Configuration Technician, you will have a varied and developing role where you combine warehouse work with the configuration of IT equipment. You will work both practically and technically and play an important role in ensuring that Atea's customers receive the right solution – at the right time and with the right quality. You will work in modern and fresh premises in Mölndal and become part of a close-knit team where teamwork, responsibility, and service are at the center. The position involves 50/50 logistics with picking and handling orders and the other half is configuration of devices. 

Your main tasks:

• Pack and finalize goods for delivery
• Perform both simple and more complex configuration services of IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during configuration
• Contribute to the development, improvement, and efficiency of configuration services

Employment type

The position starts as a consulting assignment via StudentConsulting, where you work as a consultant at Atea Logistics. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for internal employment after the consulting period. The position is full-time and working hours are scheduled during office hours. The position is planned to start immediately or by agreement.

• Have basic IT knowledge
• Preferably have experience in warehouse or retail work
• Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing
