About the Position

Responsibilities

• Help shape how analysis is used in the organization, both in daily work and from a broader perspective
• Work with data to create insights that lead to decisions and real change
• Support the business in how data can be used, while also identifying patterns and new opportunities
• Contribute to making analytical work a natural part of how work is done, with clear direction and feedback over time
• Collaborate closely with the data platform team to ensure that the right data is available and can be used meaningfully
• Explore new ways of working and opportunities within predictive analysis and AI when it creates value
• Build structures that make it easy to plan, follow up, and share insights within the organization

Your Profile

As a person, you have a strong analytical ability and a curiosity that drives you to understand what drives results. You identify causal relationships in data and translate them into actionable insights. You thrive in a role where you can shape how analysis is used in the organization and take responsibility for driving the work forward, while also building structures that last over time. You navigate confidently between data and business and can adapt your communication so that insights become understandable, relevant, and useful. You combine a strategic perspective with an operational approach and are a person who builds trust, is collaborative, and contributes to turning ideas into reality.

We believe you have:

• Worked with analysis in a role where you have been involved in developing how data is used in an organization, whether through shaping work processes, procedures, or tool selection.
• A strong analytical ability and are used to working independently to derive insights that contribute to the business.
• Experience and confidence in communicating your conclusions in a way that engages and creates understanding.
• An understanding of the interplay between analysis and technology and are comfortable collaborating with development teams and data functions.
• A curiosity for AI and how it can create value in analytical work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

It is a merit if you have worked with operational analysis or have experience from organizations in transition.
