About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately, where you will initially be employed by Bravura and work on assignment for our client, with the ambition to transition to a permanent position with the client in the future.

💼 Responsibilities

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing the company's SaaS solution for clients. The role involves working technically close to the client's system environment, analyzing needs, and ensuring that the platform works as it should in their processes. You will conduct customer dialogues, training sessions, and reviews, and you will continuously work on testing and troubleshooting. In addition, you will closely collaborate with internal teams such as product, support, and project management to create a smooth delivery from project start to completion. You will also contribute improvement suggestions based on customer usage.

• Configure, test, and set up the SaaS solution based on customer needs

• Troubleshoot technical issues and present relevant solution proposals

• Conduct training sessions and reviews for both users and project teams

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, business informatics, economics, or equivalent

• Technical interest and basic understanding of IT

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Availability to work during the summer of 2026 is a plus
