Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague to join the ME Services department. In this department, we work with configuration management for civil, space, and military products. As a Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for both the daily management of configuration control and influencing the development of future working methods and system support.

Main Responsibilities

As a Configuration Manager, you have primary responsibility for driving and supporting several of the company's products regarding change management. You ensure that the product definition is complete, correctly structured, and traceable throughout the product's lifecycle.

The role is central and vital to ensure our products meet the requirements for order and discipline regarding safety-critical products in the industry we operate in. The product definition is used to specify requirements for manufacturing internally and with suppliers. In this role, you will have close collaboration with other departments such as manufacturing, product development, quality, etc.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous. Previous experience in configuration work is an asset. Knowledge of SAP and Teamcenter is an advantage. You will work with an experienced team and will be offered mentoring and training as needed. You should feel comfortable communicating with other functions within the company and enjoy belonging to a team and working in groups. Furthermore, we expect you to contribute to creating a positive atmosphere and contribute to development through both initiative-taking and creativity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, university studies, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
• Knowledge and experience in configuration management
• Swedish fluent in spoken and written
• English basic in spoken and written
