We are seeking experienced UX/UI designers for short-term and long-term assignments with our clients in the technology, industrial, and IT sectors. Assignments vary in scope (part-time/full-time) and duration, typically 3–12 months, as well as working arrangements: onsite, hybrid, or remote. This opportunity is suitable for both freelancers with their own companies and those who wish to be employed by us for the assignment.

In the role of UX/UI Designer, you will work directly with the client on various projects, such as:

• New and ongoing product initiatives for web, iOS, and Android.
• Design systems and component libraries in large-scale product environments.
• Improving user journeys and conversion rates in existing flows.
• Research-driven enhancements of internal tools and B2B platforms.

Project responsibilities may vary with a focus on:

• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fi UI for multiple digital touchpoints.
• Planning and conducting research, analyzing data, and translating insights into design decisions.
• Collaborating closely with various stakeholders; presenting concepts clearly and aligning them with goals and technical realities.
• Contributing to and maintaining design systems, driving consistency and scalability.
• Ensuring accessibility and inclusive experiences.
• Facilitating workshops for alignment and prioritization.
• Defining and tracking UX metrics to demonstrate impact over time.
• Acting as a driving ambassador for a user-first mindset in development processes.

Your background and profile

• Documented experience, preferably 5 years or more, in product design for web, apps, and internal tools.
• Experience designing for native iOS/Android.
• Strong interaction design and UI craftsmanship.
• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Documented experience with design systems and systems thinking.
• A clear communicator capable of bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Self-driven and confident in leading design initiatives from idea to delivery.
• Tools: Figma, Miro, UserZoom, Jira.

Merits:

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, industry/IoT, or complex B2B flows.
• A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and expert tools.
• Swedish and/or English spoken and written.
• Portfolio demonstrating both process and results (preferably cases with impact/KPIs).

About the interim assignments

You will be assigned to the client through Intenso Interim Management. Assignments are also open to those with their own companies.
