Do you want to drive the development of modern telephony services in a complex IT environment? We are now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a focus on telephony for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg!

💼 About the assignment

In this role, you will hold a central position responsible for leading, coordinating, and further developing the organization's telephony solutions. You will work closely with operations, IT, and external suppliers, with a focus on stable operations, development, and delivery.

Among other things, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the implementation and development of telephony services

• Drive operational meetings and collaboration with suppliers

• Be responsible for budget, follow-up, and invoicing

• Work in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for planning and follow-up

• Ensure quality and delivery in ongoing initiatives

🎯 We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience with large-scale telephony systems

• Are accustomed to working closely with operations, IT, and external suppliers

• Have experience in supplier management and coordination

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Merits:

• Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Tele2 PBX and/or Genesys Cloud
