About the AssignmentYou will join a socially important operation within the energy sector where telephony is a central part of the digital workplace. Here, you will work with the administration and further development of telephony services, with a particular focus on the Tele2 PBX and Genesys Cloud platforms, as well as managing mobile phone leasing in collaboration with an external partner.
This role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of technology, coordination, and business dialogue. You will become a vital link between internal needs, IT, and suppliers, ensuring that services function stably while being developed further in a structured manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring budgets, contracts, and invoice flows related to the area.

Responsibilities- You plan, lead, and coordinate operational meetings with suppliers to ensure stable delivery and continuous development of telephony services.
- You drive implementation activities together with the business and IT, ensuring that new or changed solutions are successfully adopted within the organization.
- You monitor budgets, costs, and contracts related to telephony services.
- You are responsible for invoice management and follow-up in dialogue with internal functions and external suppliers.
- You work in ServiceNow with orders, case management, and incident management within telephony and mobile telephony.
- You use Azure DevOps as support for planning, follow-up, and coordination of activities and tasks.
- You contribute as needed to adjacent projects and other specialist or administrative activities.
- Several years of experience in the implementation and administration of large telephony systems.
- Experience working in collaboration with the business, IT, and external suppliers.
- Experience in operational supplier management and coordination of deliveries within telephony or adjacent IT services.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
- Good ability to document.
- Experience working in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with telephony platforms such as Tele2 PBX and Genesys Cloud.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and translate the business's needs into functional solutions and ways of working.
