About the Job
The role involves developing guidelines, governance, and ensuring the secure use of AI. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing our Copilot services. The scope of your tasks is broad; one day you might be solving a complex bug, the next day designing a new technical solution, and the day after improving an existing application. You will have significant influence over the choice of technical frameworks and solutions. About You
We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT or equivalent experience deemed comparable. You must have a strong understanding of information security, data protection, and how these factors impact the use of AI-based services.
We require several years of experience working with Microsoft environments in the following areas:
- M365 Admin Center and Azure AD portal
- Outlook / Exchange
- Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
- SharePoint/OneDrive
- Teams
- PowerShell
- Microsoft licensing models
It is an advantage if you have competence in the following areas:
- Education or certification in Microsoft Copilot
- Azure AI
- Microsoft Purview
- ITIL
- Knowledge management
- User support
- Experience with large-scale production environments
We seek an individual who is analytical, capable of efficiently identifying and analyzing the core of a problem, and proposing viable solutions. You should have the ability to see connections and draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information.
You must also be able to collaborate effectively with others to complete tasks and achieve goals. By showing interest and fostering understanding of others, you contribute to a respectful work climate. You understand the shared mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole.
We also look for strategic thinking and long-term planning. You should have a broad perspective on work-related issues, the ability to analyze the current situation, and use that analysis to plan methodically for the future.
Furthermore, you should be development-oriented. You seek and seize opportunities to think differently in work-related contexts, turning these ideas into practical improvements. You stay updated through environmental monitoring and regularly reflect on what needs development within your operations.
