About the Position

Lerum Municipality is now seeking a system administrator with a clear development mandate. This is a role for you who want more than just to manage – you want to improve, automate, and create structure that makes a real difference for managers and operations.

You will be responsible for the management and further development of our financial systems and decision support, such as Unit4 (Agresso) and Hypergene, where you collaborate with the system administrator for Unit4 and have sole responsibility for Hypergene.

Your mission involves:

• Identifying development needs together with the operations
• Translating requirements and needs into structured system solutions
• Driving efficiency and automation of financial processes
• Ensuring data quality and creating good conditions for analysis and follow-up
• Being a requirements setter towards suppliers
• Participating in or leading development projects

You will also be responsible, together with other system administrators, for the ongoing work with access administration, user support, training, and system documentation. You are the contact person for suppliers and a key person in the municipality's digital development in the finance area.

You belong to the finance unit but work broadly across the entire organization. The role involves extensive contact areas and the opportunity to influence how the municipality's governance and follow-up work in practice.

As part of the finance unit, you will also work on other issues within the framework of the unit's mission.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education, for example in finance, public administration, or IT.
• Several years of experience in financial work and/or another area that we consider relevant, where the experience is current and has been applied in the professional role in recent years.
• Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Unit4/Agresso, Hypergene, or similar systems
• Worked in the public sector
• Experience in automation, digitalization, or development of financial processes
• Very good understanding of financial processes and financial follow-up
• Experience in data structuring, analysis, or data modeling
