In the role of technical project manager, you will be responsible for the complete development and maintenance of both platform products and customer-specific solutions. The development work is carried out in work packages, where products are developed and new functionality is added according to a technical roadmap with a very clear product-centric perspective. The system owner has full technical and functional responsibility in the development, but to drive a complex and requirement-defined product forward, a technically knowledgeable and driven person is needed to keep the work packages together and, together with the system owner, take joint responsibility for delivering the entire work package.

The work involves collaborating with their cross-functional teams and supporting them in receiving, following up, and delivering capabilities. The work packages vary in size and complexity, from smaller to larger and more advanced, but the focus is always on delivering capabilities over time.

You will, for example,:

• Plan and coordinate activities during the product development process
• Ensure that technical deliverables and activities follow the project timelines
• Follow up that important milestones are achieved in accordance with the system process
• Identify and manage technical dependencies and risks associated with the development work
• Ensure coordination between different technical disciplines
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments within the organization
• Collaborate with project managers in industrialization and production during the transition between development phases

• Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in technical project management or coordinating roles within product development
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these languages are used in daily work

Additionally, you are communicative and have an easy time building collaboration between teams and different functions within the organization.
