Do you want to help build modern platforms that run both on-prem and in the cloud, based on Kubernetes?

We are looking for a senior SRE/Cloud Engineer who wants to design, implement, and operate robust platform solutions in distributed environments. Here, you will work closely with architects and specialists and be responsible for ensuring that the solutions are scalable, available, and production-ready.

Your role You will be part of Accelerate and step into assignments with clients where the focus is on designing, building, and operating modern edge and cloud platforms. You will work closely with the client's architects and network specialists to:

• Design, build, and operate modern platforms that run both on-prem and in the cloud

• Set up and optimize CI/CD and GitOps workflows for platforms and applications

• Build robust observability: logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerts

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability in distributed environments

• Support migrations, versioning, and lifecycle management of the platform

Your profile We are looking for someone with solid experience as an SRE, Cloud Engineer, or similar and has:

• Very good knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes

• Experience in building and operating Kubernetes clusters on-prem and/or in public clouds

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, for example with Terraform and Ansible

• Experience with observability solutions such as Prometheus/Grafana and centralized logging management

• Good experience in scripting/automation, for example in Python and/or Bash

• Familiarity with deployment and GitOps tools (Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, or similar)

Meritorious if you:

• Have experience with OpenStack or other private cloud platforms

• Are familiar with components such as HashiCorp Vault, object storage, container registry, and similar building blocks in a modern platform stack

• Have worked with edge compute platforms, such as StarlingX or similar

• Have experience with Telco Cloud, Network Traffic Management, CDN, or broadcast/telecom environments

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

Location Accelerate has several locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based in our office in Gothenburg, with the possibility of hybrid work.
