We are now looking for a service-oriented support employee for a role with our client. In this position, language skills are crucial – you must be able to communicate fluently in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both orally and in writing.
This is a role with frequent user interaction, so it is important that you feel confident conducting conversations in Finnish and can assist customers in a clear and professional manner.

Your responsibilities
You will handle user support via phone and email, managing cases from registration to resolution. You play a key role in creating a great customer experience and ensuring that no issues fall through the cracks.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive calls from users and register cases
- Troubleshoot and resolve cases using system knowledge, documentation, and colleagues
- Escalate cases to the appropriate support group when necessary
- Follow up on cases and ensure they are driven to resolution
- Keep users updated on status
- Take responsibility for the team's shared service cases
- Daily contact with customers in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark
- Resolve issues in dealer and workshop systems (business understanding is important)
- Work according to established processes and best practices within ITIL
We would like you to
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish, English, and Finnish
- Feel confident having conversations in Finnish in a support role (this is a requirement)
- Have basic technical understanding or an interest in IT
- Be analytical and have a natural interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressured situations well
- Have strong social skills and be able to treat customers professionally – even in stressful situations
We appreciate if you have an interest in technology and a basic understanding of IT, but the most important factors are your attitude and your ability to provide good service.
Qualifications that are a plus:
- Experience in support or service roles
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or knowledge of ITIL
