Your role as a developer

You will be part of a team that collaboratively develops software solutions for data collection, data storage, analysis, automation, AI, and various types of visualizations. The solutions built by the team are used in projects within defense, infrastructure, public sector, process industry, and Industry 4.0. The technology and component stack is based on various Open Source Communities, such as CNCF, which we complement with in-house developed applications. The design is built according to Cloud Native principles, leveraging the strengths of cloud technology such as scalability, flexibility, and robustness.

Our assignments involve building modern systems to create innovative and future-proof solutions for our clients. We work with both infrastructure and application development, giving our employees a broad and deep knowledge of various relevant software technologies. Examples of frameworks, tools, and technologies used include Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm as a foundation, which are supplemented with security components, databases, streaming data components, and other components depending on the customer's requirements. Furthermore, solutions are built according to IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles using applicable frameworks. Programming languages used include Python, Go, Java, and JavaScript.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have at least 2–3 years of experience and are creative and driven by staying at the forefront of technology regarding tools and concepts. You have a strong interest in FOSS (e.g., CNCF, LF) and follow its news and discussions. We would like you to be a daily user of Linux for many years. As a person, you enjoy guiding in technology choices and being a team player in an efficient team that helps customers create new opportunities.

A suitable educational background is a Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology, or another Master's/University education with a focus on software development and IT infrastructure. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security check with registry control.
