About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a competent and engaged development team focused on innovative solutions for the automotive and automation industries. In this role, you will follow the entire development process, from idea and requirement specification to finished product. You will work in a flat organization with short decision-making paths where collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life. The role offers a varied workday where you combine backend and frontend development with system integration, testing, and quality assurance. Together with your colleagues, you will develop smart solutions that create real value for the end user.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications
• Work with both backend and frontend development
• Participate in the entire development process from requirements to implementation
• Integrate various systems and ensure high quality in deliveries
• Work with testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to create value-adding solutions

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a master's degree in a relevant field with a focus on software development, computer science, or similar
• Has at least one year of experience in full-stack development
• Has good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Has experience with SQL/databases as well as Docker/Microservices
• Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Kotlin, Golang, or Node.js
• Experience with Spring or Linux environments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with communication protocols such as REST, gRPC, or WebSockets
• Previous experience with similar tasks

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially, you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from both our client's and Friday's side is that you will be offered a direct employment with the client after a period of time.
